Governor Mead proclaims February "Adopt-a-Rescue Pet month"

On Feb. 5th, a small crowd gathered in Cheyenne to celebrate the reading of the Adopt-a-Rescue Pet Month" proclamation. The proclamation was written in honor of BDAR's tenth anniversary.
